In my 25+ years of talent acquisition, experience has proven that people historically have not been put first in corporate America’s hiring process. I believe this approach to the interview process is backwards and it is my mission to do my part in correcting this by taking a more holistic approach to the entire process with you.

If I’ve learned anything from a global pandemic of 2020, it’s that positive mental health is integral to worker productivity. I’m dedicated to prioritizing this in our approach to every engagement by providing feedback that is both beneficial and positive.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a powerful tool we’ve learned to utilize for our benefit and make us stronger, smarter and more productive. I’m committed to using technology to help us do our job even better utilizing such tools at ChatGBT to help craft cover letters, messaging, and building profiles to be seen by hiring managers.

My first goal is to listen to your needs to accurately determine how I can help through a 30-minute free consultation. Whether you’re looking to tweak or improve the interview process, or find the right people to build your team, I’ll help you fill the gaps. But it starts by getting to know you first; your unique situation and specific goals needed. Time to hire is critical, and it costs the company money. I aim to improve that.

Once we agree on the project scope, I want to then understand your goals through a formal 1 hour intake meeting. I’ll then craft a custom solution to help meet your overall staffing goals. From a custom in-house recruitment process for your team to individual hiring by position with actionable insights, I am here to simplify the hiring and staffing function—I’ve got you covered.

Before diving into the project with you, I will lay out key hiring metrics and shared goals. Evidence-based best practices inform how I’ll measure the work I’m doing together to create a full-proof plan that ensures project success—for everyone involved.

Upon project completion I’ll sit down with you to review scope and final metrics and results. My goal is to see how I did and revisit any unmet objectives and project metrics. Before tying up any loose ends I’ll work with you to recalibrate, pivot as we need to and guarantee original project goals are met.
